Returns Policy

Our 7-day returns window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery or pickup for products that arrive defective or damaged. If you received a unit with a hardware fault, we will work to resolve it — repair, replacement, or refund — depending on the nature of the defect and stock availability.

Important: Our return policy applies to defective products only.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or because you found a lower price elsewhere. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

Eligible reasons for return

  • Device does not power on or is unresponsive out of the box
  • Screen defects: dead pixels, lines, or discolouration present on arrival
  • Buttons, ports, or hardware components not functioning as expected
  • Item received is significantly different from the product ordered
  • Physically damaged packaging with damage to the product itself

Non-eligible reasons (returns not accepted)

  • Change of mind
  • Device purchased for someone else who doesn't want it
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Product opened, modified, or repaired by customer or unauthorised party
  • Missing accessories due to incomplete box inspection before acceptance of delivery
  • Software issues that can be resolved through a factory reset

How to initiate a return

  2. Describe the defect clearly and provide your order reference
  3. We may ask for photos or a short video demonstrating the fault
  4. Once the return is approved, bring the item to our store (or arrange pickup for verified cases)
  5. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Resolution options

Depending on the defect and availability, we will offer one of the following:

  • Repair — Device repaired at no cost within warranty
  • Replacement — Same model replaced if available in stock
  • Refund — Full refund to your original payment account if repair/replacement is not possible

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
